Clinical Supervision
Midewin offers clinical supervision for Clinical Social Worker Associates (CSWAs) and other behavioral health professionals. Supervision is grounded in decolonized frameworks, meets licensure standards, and emphasizes ethical practice, clinical skill development, cultural humility, and professional sustainability.
Training and Consulting
Midewin provides training and consultation for clinicians, educators, organizations, and systems seeking to integrate decolonized, culturally responsive, and Indigenous‑centered practices. Focus areas include behavioral health care, clinical supervision, organizational development, and equity‑driven, community‑engaged work.
